Since the Products are custom made on the Customer's Order, TEEZILY does not hold any stock, so Customers are informed that they will not be able to retract their Order / Preorder at the end of the Campaign Period. and until 5 pm on the last day of this one, due to the opening hours of TEEZILY's customer service (from Monday to Thursday from 9:30 to 18:30 and on Friday until 17:30).

THE TEEZILY COMPANY ATTRACTS THE CUSTOMER'S ATTENTION TO THE FACT THAT IN APPLICATION OF ARTICLE L. 121-21-8 OF THE CONSUMER CODE, THE CONSUMER CODE MAY NOT HAVE A RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL BEYOND THE DATE OF PRODUCTION OF THE PRODUCTS OF THE CAMPAIGN IN WHICH IT PARTICIPATES, THAT IS TO say THE DATE OF THE END OF THE PERIOD OF THE CAMPAIGN AS THE PRINCIPLE OF TEEZILY SERVICE CONSISTS TO HAVE NO PRODUCT IN STOCK. CUSTOM PRODUCTS AT THE REQUEST OF EACH CLIENT CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
